Abstract
In a new reality of our world, technology sets labor in motion. But if technology is to be more speedily and successfully utilized, labor must be supplanted by its more sophisticated surrogate: talent. And we must deal swiftly with the lack of literacy and numeracy within the larger society; their absence that may well paralyze our ability to exploit innovation, even when handed to us on a platter.
